Eligible cases for product exchange
- Technical problem or manufacturing defect.
- Product does not correspond to the item ordered.
General conditions of exchange
- The exchange request must be submitted within 24 hours of the delivery date of your order.
- The returned product must be in its original intact packaging and in no case used.
- The exchange product must be the same as the returned product.
- In the event of an exchange due to a technical failure, manufacturing defect or product error, pharmadigit market will assume all return and delivery costs.
Steps to follow to make an exchange
- Make the exchange request to our customer service via phone or email.
- Your request will be forwarded to the delivery company responsible for collecting the item to be exchanged.
- Once the product is returned to our level, it will be subject to a verification procedure to ensure that it meets all the conditions for exchange. Once confirmed, a new exchange order will be made systematically and you will be notified.
Any product return that does not meet some or all of the conditions listed above, the exchange request will be refused and the customer will be responsible for all costs accordingly.
